Will this replace my team?

No. We automate the repetitive, low-judgement work that eats your team's week - lead triage, document processing, follow-up sequences, basic enquiries. The work that requires judgement, relationships, and domain expertise stays with your humans. Most of our clients end up with the same headcount doing higher-value work, not fewer people doing the same work.

Is my data safe?

We're model-agnostic - we use OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source local LLMs, whichever is right for the job. We never use your data to train shared models. For regulated sectors (legal, financial, healthcare) we can deploy on private infrastructure with UK data residency. We sign your NDA, your DPA, and we'll fill out your security questionnaire.

What if I'm not technical?

You don't need to be. The Sprint output is a plain-English document with a 90-day plan, written for business owners, not engineers. We work in plain English throughout. The only technical decisions you'll make are "yes, build that" and "no, not that one".

How is this different from hiring a developer?
