Projects start from £4,000, but the real number depends on your catalogue size, current platform, and how much custom functionality you need. We confirm exact pricing after seeing your catalogue - not before, because guessing before we've looked helps nobody.
Can you migrate us without losing our SEO rankings?
This is the single biggest risk in any platform migration, and a fair thing to worry about. We map every existing URL to its new equivalent and set up proper redirects before anything goes live, then monitor rankings closely in the weeks after launch. It's careful, unglamorous work - but skipping it is how migrations tank traffic overnight.
Do you work with Shopify, WooCommerce, or both?
Both, plus headless architecture where it makes sense. We're not tied to one platform - we recommend whichever fits your catalogue size, budget, and technical requirements, not whichever we're most familiar with.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on catalogue size and how much custom functionality your current site has. A staged approach - build, test, migrate in phases - takes longer than a single big-bang switch, but it's far lower risk. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we've seen what you're working with.
Will the new site be faster?
That's usually one of the main reasons clients come to us - an ageing platform or bloated theme dragging down page speed. Performance optimisation is part of every build or migration, not an optional extra.
Do you handle email marketing (Klaviyo) too?
Yes. Abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows are part of what we set up - they tend to be the fastest way to recover revenue that's already sitting in your customer list.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
We include 30 days of post-launch support with every build or migration. If something breaks in that window, we fix it - it's included, not billed as a separate call-out.
