How much of my budget goes to you vs the ad spend itself?
Our management fee and your ad spend are two separate things. The fee covers our time - audit, campaign setup, optimisation, reporting. The ad spend itself goes straight to Google, Meta or LinkedIn, not through us. We'll confirm exact figures once your account is scoped.
What's a realistic ROAS?
It genuinely varies by industry, competition and average order value - anyone giving you one number before seeing your account is guessing. We'll give you a realistic range once we've audited your current data and your market.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
Our default is a flat management fee, not a percentage of spend, because a percentage model rewards us for spending more of your money, not for getting you a better return. We'll confirm the exact structure when we scope your account.
How fast will we see results?
Paid media moves faster than SEO - campaigns can be live within days of the audit, and early performance data usually shows within the first couple of weeks. Meaningful, stable results (rather than early noise) typically take a few weeks of testing to settle.
Which platform is right for us - Google, Meta, or LinkedIn?
Depends on how your customers buy. Google Ads tends to work best when people are actively searching for what you sell. Meta works well for visual products and impulse-driven demand. LinkedIn suits B2B where the buyer isn't scrolling Instagram. We'll recommend based on your business, not on which platform we prefer to sell.
Do you write the ad creative too?
Yes - ad copy and creative direction are part of the service, with ongoing testing rather than a set-and-forget approach. If you have brand guidelines or existing creative assets, we'll work within them.
What if our current campaigns are already running - do we have to pause them?
No. We audit what's live first and make changes in a controlled way, so you're not stuck with a gap in coverage while we work. Anything that's clearly wasting budget gets flagged early, but a full restructure happens in stages, not overnight.
