CRM & Integration

Your CRM should talk to the rest of your stack too.

HubSpot, Salesforce, custom pipelines - connected to your marketing, ads and AI tools instead of sitting on an island. We set it up, wire it in, and train your team to actually use it.

What it is

Not a database.
A connected system.

A CRM that only stores contacts isn't doing much. We connect it to your marketing, ads and AI tools so leads flow in, get scored, and get followed up on without anyone copying and pasting between systems.

Connected, not siloed
Your CRM talks to your marketing, ads and AI tools instead of sitting on an island. The same team that builds your automation builds the integration, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
No lock-in
Your data, your pipelines, exportable whenever you want. No black boxes, no proprietary formats designed to make leaving expensive.
Built around how you actually sell
Pipeline stages and lead scoring modelled on your real sales process, not a generic template that forces you to change how you work.

How it works

Three steps.
No black box.

01

Map

We document your current sales process and every tool that needs to talk to the CRM - marketing platforms, ad accounts, booking systems, spreadsheets you're using as a stopgap.

02

Build

We configure or migrate the CRM, wire up the integrations, and build the automation workflows - lead scoring, routing, follow-up sequences.

03

Train & handover

Team training so the CRM actually gets used, not just set up and abandoned. We don't disappear the day it goes live.

What you get

Deliverables, not decks.

CRM setup or migration

A new CRM built from scratch, or a clean migration from whatever you're using today - spreadsheets, another CRM, or nothing at all.

Pipeline and stage design matched to your sales process

Stages, fields and scoring modelled on how you actually sell, not a default template you have to bend to fit.

Integrations with your existing marketing, ads and AI tools

Direct connections, not manual exports and re-uploads between systems that should already be talking to each other.

Automation workflows

Lead routing, follow-up sequences and internal alerts, built around your pipeline stages, not a generic template.

Data migration and cleanup

Duplicate contacts, dead fields and inconsistent formatting sorted before anything moves, not carried over as-is.

Team training

Hands-on sessions with the people who'll use it every day, so it gets adopted rather than quietly ignored after week one.

AI Intake & Lead Qualification

CRM integration is usually part of a bigger build rather than a standalone project, so it hasn't had its own dedicated case study yet. But CRM write-back is one of five pieces in our AI Intake & Lead Qualification pattern - qualified leads land straight in the CRM with the answers already attached, instead of sitting in an inbox waiting to be typed up. It's an honest example of the plumbing this service builds, not a standalone CRM project.

FAQ

Questions you're
probably asking.

How much does a CRM setup or integration cost?
Projects start from £4,000, but the real number depends on which CRM, how many systems it needs to talk to, and whether we're migrating existing data. We confirm exact pricing after understanding your current stack, not before.
We already have a CRM - do we need a new one, or can you just fix the integrations?
Most of the time, fix the integrations. Ripping out a CRM your team already knows is usually more disruptive than it's worth. We'll tell you honestly if a switch is genuinely the better call, but that's the exception, not our default recommendation.
Do you work with HubSpot and Salesforce, or just one?
Both. We scope the platform based on what fits your business and budget, not which one we'd rather sell you. If you're already on one and it's working, we build around it rather than push a switch.
Will our sales team actually need to change how they work?
Some, but we design pipeline stages and workflows around how you already sell, not a generic template you have to bend to fit. The training step exists specifically so the system fits your team, not the other way round.
How does this connect to the AI automation work you do?
CRM integration is often the plumbing underneath an AI intake or lead-routing workflow - see our AI Automation page for how that fits together. A qualified lead has to land somewhere, and usually that's your CRM.
How long does a CRM project take?
A straightforward setup or a handful of integrations can be live in a few weeks. A full migration with custom workflows across multiple systems usually runs 4-8 weeks. We give you a real timeline once we've scoped the work, not before.
What happens to our existing data during migration?
We map and clean it before it moves - duplicate contacts, dead fields and inconsistent formatting get sorted rather than carried over as-is. Nothing goes live until you've had a chance to check it against the old system.
